I have a lovely girl, who is some sort of a hound. I was hoping to get some ideas of which kind she is. She came to us by a concerned woman who found her emaciated and barely able to walk on the highway.
I am looking to buy a dog grooming clipper. I would like suggestions but nothing over $60. I am not a groomer but I would like to try to keep up with the fur. I am having my 25 pound mutt groomed this week and I priced around and they are pretty much all $50.
In the past I have always purchased Front Line Plus for my kitties flea and tick protection, but it is getting really hard for me to come up with $80 each month. Does anyone know of a flea and tick collar that really works?
Does anyone have a CatGenie? It is a self-flushing, self-washing cat box from PetNovations. Approx. retail value: $329. I just entered a sweepstakes to win one and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this product.
Has anyone tried the Breeze brand of litterbox they sell at Walmart? It comes with special litter that is made to let the urine "flow through" it then down into a drawer that's got an absorbent pad in it. The pad lasts one week and looks like a kitty diaper. Supposedly, you scoop the solids and change the pad once a week and only put in new litter once a month. It sells for $29.99 at Walmart, the refill pads (4 to a pack) are around $4 and the litter is around $7. It's made by Tidy Cat. I'm thinking of buying one.
Tonight on TV I watched a program on how to train your pets. The website was www.theperfectdog.com. When I went to their site it did not list anything about being on TV or a special. Does anyone know anything about this company?
I would like to know if anyone has used the product that is seen advertised on TV for arthritis in dogs or for hip dysplasia that you spray in the water. I would like to know how effective it is and if you have had any experience with it.
