Pudding Cake Recipes?

Puddin Cake

1 cake mix
1 box(small) instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water if needed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well. About 2 mins with electic mixer or 4 mins by hand.
Pour batter into 9x13 pan or bundt pan that has been greased with butter or sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake according to cake mix box directions for the size pan you used.
Cool bundt cake 10 minutes then turn out on a plate.
An easy glaze for this or any cake is to heat 1/3 to 1/2 cup of canned frosting in the microwave for 30-40 seconds in a measuring cup with a pour spout, then drizzle the melted frosting over the cake.

A can of frosting does 3 cakes for me. Just keep covered and refrigerated.

Some combinations I have made: white/yellow cake with vanilla or pistachio pudding mix, chocolate with chocolate, lemon with lemon, spice with lemon or vanilla.
