We have a 8 month old Shepherd mix who is house broken and never pees in her crate at night or when she is alone during the day. However, any time we let her on the couch or bed she pees and doesn't get up. She doesn't squat to pee. It just sort of comes out while she is relaxed. She's also been doing it recently on her dog bed outside of her crate. Suggestions?

The easiest way to fix this is not to allow her on your bed or the sofa. If she pees on her own bed, let her lie in her crate instead. Or have two crates, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
