Cream together margarine or butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix 1/2 of dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Add sour milk or buttermilk and remaining half of dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix together and sprinkle over cake batter: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees F. Serve warm with butter. For a richer cake, use sour cream instead of sour milk of buttermilk.
