Re-dyeing Hair?

I've always dyed my hair with blonde permanent hair dye and I wanted to see what it would look like black so I used a semipermanent black. Now my ends are turning green and I don't like the color. It's been about 3 weeks. Would it be OK to go back to blonde or will my ends stay green?

Not knowing which products you used, it would be hard to determine just what your results would be. I think it's very important that you use a professional color remover (Metalex wont work in this case) before attempting to return to a blond shade. Two treatments (preferably a week apart) may be required.

Since your hair will have gone through a lot of chemical processing, it will also be important that you do a strand test with the blond color before applying it to the whole head.
