Ab Rocket Reviews
I want an honest review of the Ab Rocket. Does it hold up to daily use; are the connecting parts durable; is the unit comfortable to sit in and use? Any information offered would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any thoughts.

Looking for Older Roller Workout Machine
I'm looking for one of those old roller work out machines, the ones that had wooden rollers that rotated in a circle and you would lean against them to "vibrate" your "chubby" areas. Not the exercise belt. If you know of one let me know.

My Mother is Nagging Me About My Weight
My mother is a very opinionated person. She thinks everyone needs to do things that she does and that her way is the only way. I am over weight. She is very skinny but still diets. She keeps pushing me to do her diet of drinking shakes and only eating salad and chicken. I do not like the shakes and I have a family to cook for and it would be hard to incorporate this into our lives. I want to lose weight but by eating smaller portions and learning to eat the right way.

Joints Cracking While Doing Yoga
I have just started trying to do yoga by watching Namaste Yoga on FitTV. One thing I notice is that my joints crack a lot. Will that subside the more I do it? It's a little annoying.

1960's Exercise Machine
Anyone out there remember about that exercise machine that you stood on that had a belt you wrapped around your hips and when you powered on the machine it shook and your body shook too? Think Jack LaLane.
