Fixing or Replacing the Elastic on Fitted Bed Sheets
I need to replace elastic in some queen sized fitted sheets. Does anyone know how much elastic I will need per sheet? The sheets are perfectly good, but elastic has perished after being in storage for some time. Thank you.

Repairing a Ripped Fitted Sheet
Over the past 5 years I have enjoyed the "luxury" of Egyptian cotton bed sheets. I have always bought them on sale, but they are still not a cheap item. The fitted bottom sheet has ripped and is a bit on the thin side.

Pillow Case Style Dress for Adults
I have seen the little girl's "pillowcase dress" patterns, but I need one for an adult. I know a pillowcase will not fit me, but I am looking for another way to make it look like the little girl's dress.

Making Bras
Can you make your own bras? I realize I'm still a beginner to sewing, but bras drive me crazy. They're expensive, and I have so much trouble getting one that works.

Removing a Hem Line From Jeans
I have a pair of nice dress jeans that I had to hem. I would now like to take out the hem because they shrunk a bit. There is definite 'faded' line at the edge. What's a trick to get rid of the line so the fade line doesn't show?
