Instead of beef bouillon cubes - TRY this. It's in a jar and called Better Than Bouillon - Beef Base - put a little bit - you can always add more!

Simple Chicken Potpie
In a large saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in flour and poultry seasoning until blended; gradually add broth and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken and vegetables.

Spaghetti Squash Straw and Hay
This is a great way to use up all the Spaghetti Squash in your garden. Also a great way to stretch your food bill. Cooks in the microwave so it won't heat up your kitchen in the summertime.

12:00 Cocktails
Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a twist of orange. Perfect for an afternoon luncheon. Also, pour it into popsicle molds or paper cups and freeze.

Easy Cheesies
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.

To soup bone and beef cubes, add water, tomatoes, onion and salt. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Add carrots, celery and turnip; simmer 30 minutes.

Japanese Fruit Pie
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Melt margarine. Add raisins, pecans, eggs, coconut, sugar and vinegar. Mix all ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes

Honey Cake Recipe
Does anybody have a recipe for honey cake that is made in a loaf pan? I remember my mother adding coffee and I think whiskey to it and we girls got to do the walnuts (chop them and also put halves on the top). Thanks!
