This is fun to make. Good for company. Soak stuffing in milk for 5 minutes; add meats, onion and salt. Mix well and pack lightly in a 7x11 inch baking dish.

I made a healthy, low-cal and super-tasty red, white and blue desert for a 4th of July potluck back in the 1980's. My daughter (now grown) still raves about how it's her all-time favorite desert!

A great way to use the rhubarb that so many have grown this summer. Layer rhubarb, sugar, gelatin and marshmallows in a 9x13 greased pan.
