Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Remove stems from mushrooms. Marinate caps for 1 hour in soy sauce. Chop stems finely. Combine stems with remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Drain mushroom caps. Stuff caps with meat mixture.

Zucchini Fritters
Recipe for Zucchini Fritters. Fill a deep fat fryer or skillet with oil to a 2 inch depth. Heat to 375 degrees F. Meanwhile, combine milk and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; blend well. Fold in zucchini.

Snappy Ham and Cheese Snacks
Combine first 3 ingredients with 3 Tbsp. butter in small bowl, mixing well. Separate roll dough into 4 rectangles, pressing to seal perforations. Cut each rectangle in half; stretch dough to form eight 4x4 inch squares.

Sausage Squares
Brown sausage and onion in skillet over low heat, stirring until crumbly. Drain sausage well. Add next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise in bowl. Spread half the dough over bottom of greased 8 inch baking pan. Cover with sausage mixture.

Shrimp Cups
I made these appetizers for my younger daughter's graduation party many years ago (along with other foods). We didn't have the luxury of ready-made pie crusts then. I will be making these for my granddaughter's graduation party, and glad we now have Pillsbury pie crusts. Enjoy!

Cheeseball
Mix cream cheese, onions and seasonings. Add a handful of ham. Mix with hands, shape into ball, put rest of ham on the outside of the cheeseball. Serve with crackers, celery or carrots.

Barbecue Chicken Wings
Pour mixture over wings and marinate overnight. Bake in single layer on cookie sheets for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
