I absolutely love California Rolls and Cucumber Rolls but traditional rolls are so time consuming to make at home and tasty ones are expensive in restaurants, so I decided to try this for a quick fix.

Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Christmas Dinner Starter Ideas for Three Course Meal
I'm hoping you clever ThriftyFun people can help me out here. I'm making a family dinner for Xmas for 6 people. While I have the turkey and trimmings plus the Xmas pudding all sorted out, I have no idea what to serve as a starter.

Pot Stickers
This recipe makes about 4 dozen. These dumplings are a yummy treat and worth the effort. If you're like me and don't really need 4 dozen at a time just go ahead and cook them up because they freeze quite nicely.

Deeli's Chicken Liver Pate

Parmesan and Mustard Toastettes
Not long ago a tip was posted about using mayonnaise instead of butter to cook a grilled cheese sandwich. I personally don't think I could do that but it got me thinking and decided to try using mayo instead of room temp butter for this broil recipe and it was good.

Little Pizza Appetizers
Brown ground beef with dry onion soup. Add pizza sauce and egg. Cook. Spread on party rye. Sprinkle chopped mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese on top.
