Frozen Watermelon Smoothies/Daiquiris
We travel to the Bahamas several times a year and due to customs laws we are not allowed to bring in any fresh fruits or vegetables. However, I found that if I FREEZE them first, it was allowed...which is how I came up with this idea.

Easy Fruit Tea
This is a cheaper and easier way to make fruit tea. I think it is just as tasty!! For a 2 quart container.

Left-over Coffee Smoothie
Put coffee left over from breakfast in a blender. Add milk and chocolate syrup and two to three ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Great afternoon pick me up. Yummy.

Iced Cappuccino
I love Iced Cappuccinos but am too tight to buy them. I found a recipe years ago and have made a few alterations and everyone that has tasted it has really enjoyed it. Sounds like a lot of sugar so cut back if you want but I like it on the sweet side.

Make Your Own Turkish Coffee
Turkish coffee is a slightly spiced, strong coffee that is usually served in small cups. You can make your own easily.

Non-Fat Coffee Cola Float
In a large (30 oz. if possible) glass, put in about 1/4 cup crushed ice, 1 tsp. instant coffee powder (OR about 1 Tbsp. of regular prepared coffee). Fill up with your favorite cola (either regular or diet works) and stir well. (You need the tall glass because it will really foam up. And I've tried it with non-caffeinated coffee and cola both and it still foams up nicely.)

Homemade Chai
I love the Chai Lattes that all the places are coming up with... but I'm cheap and I don't like the prices.

Sugar Free Iced Coffee Drink
Start with a large glass (18 oz), add 1 tsp. of instant coffee powder, 1 tsp. sugar free chocolate pudding mix (dry powder), add 2 inches of hot water and stir vigorously. Add 5-6 ice cubes, and some milk or non dairy creamer. Fill up glass with more milk or water, stir well. The hot water will dissolve the pudding mix and make it creamy. If you want to use powdered creamer add it with the coffee powder.
