This is a perfect smoothie for the fall. It is so seasonal and I like to make these more than I do pumpkin pies!
Process in a blender and it's ready to drink.

It's fresh, quick, and easy. Put ice cubes and milk in blender and set to crush. Once ice is crushed, add fruit and blend until smooth; about 3 minutes. I rotate fruit.
I never get bored with this one and have it nearly every day and what a healthy and easy way to start each day! Of course you can switch the raspberries for other fruits but the banana gives this smoothie a lovely richness so the banana is a keeper.
Slice banana into blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until pureed. Serve immediately.
