Russian Spiced Tea
Make cloth bag for spices. Put bag into 1 qt. water and boil 10 minutes. Add sugar, then cool. Put tea bags into 1 qt. boiling water and steep 10 minutes.

Iced Tea Syrup
Dissolve sugar in water and boil 10 minutes. While hot pour over unstrained fruit juices and rinds. Add 2 large handfuls of mint and bruise; cover with tight lid overnight.

Pour boiling water over tea bags in 2 1/2 qt. heat-resistant pitcher. Allow tea to steep 5 minutes; remove bags.

Making Mint Tea From Fresh Mint
I have mint growing in my yard and would like to know how to make tea with it. Do I dry the mint first and if so how do I do that? Also, should it be used full strength or mixed with regular tea?

Raspberry Iced Tea
Recipe for Raspberry Iced Tea. In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in sugar until dissolved. Add raspberries, tea bags and lemon juice. Cover and steep for 3 minutes. Strain; discard berries and tea bags.

Recipe for Hot Spices Afternoon Tea. Add spices to water. Bring to full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Immediately add tea. Brew 4 minutes. Stir and strain. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
