Sift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Add oats and seeds. Fill paper baking cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with topping.

| Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins

A wonderful muffin with a surprising filling of cream cheese! Yum! A great way to use pumpkin. I've changed it a little and added my own cream cheese icing.

| Zucchini Carrot Muffins

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, applesauce and oil; mix well. Stir in the zucchini, raisins and pecans. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

| 30 Day Muffins

Healthy, tasty and can be kept in the fridge for 30 days. Whisk eggs,oil and sugar together. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Let the mixture stand in an airtight container overnight.

| Bran Muffins
|
|
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Soak shredded wheat biscuits in boiling water; then add cold water. Add soaked biscuits to first mixture. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add alternately with all-bran, flour, salt and raisins mixture.
