Bachelor Bread
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir flour and soda together. Add to sugar and oil; mix well.

Apple Chip Nut Bread
Blend oil, sugar, eggs and flavorings in large mixer bowl. Add apples and nuts. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Pour into 2 well greased large bread pans or 4 small ones, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Cherry Pecan Bread
Cream sugar and margarine and eggs until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.

Zucchini-Pineapple Bread
