Mississippi Mud Cake
Beat eggs and sugar well. Melt cocoa and margarine and add to creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Bake in 9x13 greased and floured pan at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, and poppy seed. Add orange juice, applesauce, and eggs. Blend on low speed to moisten; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until well mixed.

Applesauce Fruit Cake
Grease 2 pans (8x4 inches) or 1 9 inch tube pan. Line with foil or brown paper and grease again. Combine applesauce, shortening, sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring now and again.

I am looking for a recipe for a cake that uses a box cake mix, instant pistachio pudding, and maybe sour cream. I used to make this recipe years ago, but have since lost the recipe. My son has been begging me to make it. I would appreciate any help.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Melt butter in 9x9 inch pan. Spread brown sugar evenly in pan. Arrange pineapple slices on sugar, filling in spaces with pecans. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.

Peanut Butter Delight Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease 10 inch Bundt pan and lightly flour. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine sugar, brown sugar, shortening, and peanut butter in large bowl. Beat on low speed until creamy.
