Icing a Cake to Look Like a Book
I want to ice a cake in fondant so it looks like a book and want to turn the icing back in the corner so it looks like the page of a book is turned back.

Hamburger Cake
Here are instructions for making a cake that looks like a giant hamburger! Place one yellow cake inverted upside down on plate. In a small bowl mix confectioners sugar and enough milk to form a spreadable consistency. Spread half of this onto yellow cake then top with brownie layer.

Elmo Cake and Tips
This is an Elmo Cake with the Buttercream icing tip. I recently made a cake for a birthay party of 40 people or a friend. The theme was Elmo. Rather than make 2 Elmo cakes, I decided to make a big sheet cake and make Elmo as 3-D on top of the cake. It was a yellow cake with buttercream icing.

Castle cake for your Little prince or princess: Mix as directed 1 1/2 box Favorite cake mix. Pour into oval pan or regular rectangle pan and cut into oval after baking as directed on box. Make sure to save enough batter for 4 cupcakes.

Icing Beautiful Cakes - Scoobie Cake
To ice beautiful cakes like this by yourself, after cooling completely, and removing from pan, freeze the cake. Then when you're ready to frost it, remove from freezer and decorate, it is much simpler that way!
