This is very good with a dusting of powdered sugar over the top.
This cake uses no oil or margarine which makes it healthier and plus it's very easy to make especially if you keep some chopped apples in the freezer.
Quickly mixed and ready for baking in about 20 minutes. Served warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream, it's the perfect dessert for a family Sunday dinner. Easiest way I know to put a smile on everyone's face.
