I love ice cream, in fact, my whole family loves ice cream. Who doesn't! My two year old loves it so much that after one helping he says "More, please!"

Rainbow Ice Cream Cake
Cut or tear cake into small pieces; divide into thirds and place in medium bowls. Sprinkle strawberry gelatin over one bowl of cake, lime gelatin over another, and orange gelatin over the third.

Ice Cream Cake Roll
Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Beat eggs in bowl until very thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Beat in 1/3 cup water and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually, beating until smooth.
