Kiwi-Strawberry Jelly

My mother and I were experimenting and made this jelly. Its the best tasting besides regular strawberry preserves I've ever had. In a Dutch oven combine Kiwi-Strawberry juice, juice from 1 lemon, and pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat; stirring constantly.

Jalapeno Jelly

Remove seeds and run peppers through food grinder using a fine blade. Use all juice. Slowly boil all ingredients for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Uncooked Relish

Put all vegetables through a food chopper using a coarse blade. Drain off and discard liquid. Measure each vegetable after chopping. Mix vegetables with the salt and let stand overnight.

I am looking for a recipe for "Stickles". These are pickles made from the yellow rind of very large cucumbers. The brine has a very nasty odor when cooking, but the pickles are very delicious and very sweet. Thank you to anyone who can help me.

Frozen Orange Juice Jelly

Thoroughly mix orange juice concentrate with water and powdered pectin in large saucepan. Stir constantly over high heat until bubbles form around edges. Immediately add sugar and stir well.

"Can't Be" Beet Jelly

Combine beet juice, lemon juice, and pectin in large pan. Bring to a rolling boil. Quickly add sugar and boil for 6 minutes. Add Kool-aid powder and mix thoroughly.

Rhubarb Marmalade

Combine rhubarb and sugar in large heavy saucepan. Grind oranges including the peels in a food processor. Add to rhubarb mixture. Bring to a boil.

Pepper Relish

Grind peppers and onions. drain off juice. Mix ground or powdered mustard with vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and cook for 1/2 hour.
