After Thanksgiving Casserole
In separate saucepans, cook noodles and broccoli until just tender. In another saucepan over low heat, melt butter; then blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and milk, cook stirring constantly until thickened.

Hamburger Bean Casserole
Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Combine bacon, hamburger and onion with the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Quiche
Prepare pie shell or use premade one. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Add shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli and green onion. Combine eggs, half and half, salt, lemon zest, mustard and allspice.

"More" Casserole
Brown onion, beef in margarine; add salt. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles or macaroni. Partially cook the vegetables. Combine all ingredients.

Chicken and Rice Casserole
Grease 9x13 inch pan, cover bottom of pan with rice. Add celery soup and mushroom soup and 1 can water. Mix well with rice. Lay unbaked chicken pieces, skin side up on rice.

Mexican Casserole
Brown meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Add chips and put in casserole dish with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese melts.

Hamburger Casserole
Saute hamburger and onion. Grease 7x7 inch casserole dish. Add hamburger, peas, tomatoes and mushrooms. Layer with macaroni, then cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Grits and Greens Casserole
This recipe is cheap and different! It is tasty for breakfast, or as side dish for any other meal. It freezes nicely and carries well to get togethers. I changed it up from much richer, more expensive versions that called for heavy whipping cream.

Tater Tot Casserole
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 2 quart casserole. Lightly brown 1 pound hamburger. Place in bottom of baking dish. Add diced onion or onion powder, if desired.
