Berry Freezer Jam
On Saturday, June 14, my husband and I went to a farm not far from where we live and picked blackberries for about an hour. As youngsters we both remember picking wild berries with our family on the side of the road. We had to deal with thorns and snakes. It was a joy picking berries at this farm and not having to worry about those situations. The bushes are planted in rows and most are thornless.

Rhubarb Jam Made With Jello
I recently got a recipe for rhubarb jam that calls for 3 packages of jell-o, but it doesn't say what size jell-o. Has any tried this recipe and what size jell-o did you use? Thanks.

Cook all ingredients on medium for about 5 minutes, spoon into jars. You can refrigerate or process if you make a bigger batch to can.

Tomato/Green Chile Salsa
I like to eat it fresh, but it needs a day or two days for the flavors to blend. This can also be hot packed for canning.

Cranberry Chutney
Pick over and rinse cranberries. Simmer cranberries, sugars, raisins, spices, and water, uncovered, in saucepan over medium heat, stirring often until juice is released, about 15 minutes. Reduce heat.
