Blueberry-Rhubarb Jam
Cook rhubarb in water until tender. Add sugar and cook a few minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add pie filling and cook 6-8 minutes more. Remove from heat and add gelatin.

Crockpot Pumpkin Butter
This is my own recipe. I didn't want to make one using refined sugar and this came out so yummy and creamy. If you are making this for diabetics, replace the maple syrup with more agave nectar.

Hummus
You can use on wholewheat biscuits or on toast. Rinse the chickpeas and add enough water and boil for 3 hours or until done.

Homemade Sauerkraut Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for homemade sauerkraut? My husband's grandma used to make it and I would like to do this for him, he would be thrilled.

Pepper Relish
Grind peppers and onions. drain off juice. Mix ground or powdered mustard with vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and cook for 1/2 hour.

Pear Honey
Wash pears. Remove cores. Grind pears in food chopper. Place in large cooking pan. Add sugar and pineapple and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Make Your Own Peanut Butter
It's easy to save money on peanut butter. Buy bulk, unsalted peanuts and grind in a blender. Add salt as needed.

Strawberry Preserves
Boil berries and vinegar for 3 minutes. Add sugar and boil 10 minutes. Pour into jelly glasses.

Citrus Flavored Sugar
Store the flavored sugar in an airtight container. If you refrigerate it will last for several months. The sky is the limit on how you would like to use the completed mixtures :-)

Cucumber Sweet Pickles
Wash cucumbers and wipe them dry. Dissolve salt in 1 gallon cold water and pour over cucumbers. Let stand 24 hours and drain.
