Bubba's Basic Brownies
Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Be careful not to coat sides of pan.

Cocoa Brownies
Mix dry ingredients. Add butter, then boiling water. Mix well. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes in 11x7 inch pan

Cookie Dough Brownies 2 Ways
Bake a 13x9 inch pan of brownies (of course you could make a 9x9 inch pan and halve the topping ingredients). Let cool. Then pick your topping option.

St. James the Major Brownies
Makes 10 dozen. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour five 13 by 9 inch pans. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat well until very light and creamy.

Vegetarian Brownies
This is for those who like fudgy brownies, and it is so easy. Drain and rinse beans well. Puree beans and one cup of water in blender until smooth. Add to brownie mix and stir till combined.

Applesauce Brownies
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in greased 17x11 inch pan. Sprinkle topping ingredients over brownie mix and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Hershey Brownies
Cream together the margarine and sugar, add eggs, flour and syrup. Mix well and add nuts, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F in a greased, floured cookie sheet with lip.

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
I found this great recipe in a magazine and it was so good, that I had to pass it along. The recipe is: 1 box brownie mix and 16 peanut butter cups (like Reeses). Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
