Spicy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda in small bowl; set aside. In large pan, combine chocolate bits, brown sugar, marshmallows, and butter. Heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies
Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Top of cookies will be pale. Make 3 1/2 dozen.

Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix shortening, sugar, soda, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.

Cream butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies
Have used this recipe for about a quarter of a century and it is close to my heart. It was given to me at the wedding shower of the girl who lived across the street from me when we were little girls from her best friend who was the hostess of the shower :-)
