Chewy Oat Cookies
Cream margarine, brown sugar, and peanut butter till fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to beaten mixture alternately with sour milk or buttermilk.

Lacy Oatmeal Cookies (Gluten Free)
These cookies always get rave reviews so this has long been one of my favorite recipes. Also, the recipe is gluten free! I was glad to share it with my friend who has celiac disease.

Spicy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda in small bowl; set aside. In large pan, combine chocolate bits, brown sugar, marshmallows, and butter. Heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

Grandma's Oatmeal Cookies
Cream together sugar and shortening; add eggs, buttermilk and soda added, vanilla and raisins. Add flour and oats; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Shape and flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
