| Recipe For Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies

Does anyone have a recipe for Kashi Oatmeal dark chocolate cookies? I can't figure it out because their ingredient list is long and some of the ingredients are hard to find. I love these because they are so healthy and I can have them for breakfast, but they are EXPENSIVE!

Beat shortening, sugars, egg, water, and vanilla together until creamy. Sift together flour, salt, and soda; add to creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in oats, raisins, and nuts.

These cookies are soft not crunchy and have just the right amount of sweetness This recipe does not make a whole bunch, only about 16 to 20 cookies. That's a good thing for me because I would just eat more if I had more.

| Carrot Oatmeal Cookies

In large bowl, beat margarine until softened. Add sugars and egg; beat. Mix dry ingredients with flour; mix well. Stir in oats, carrots, and raisins. Drop by teaspoon in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and mashed bananas.

| One-Pan Oatmeal Cookies

Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, in order given. Drop in walnut sized balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.

| Best Ever Oatmeal Cookies

|
Boil the raisins in water for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Cream the sugars and shortening. Add the eggs, vanilla and milk. Sift the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and stir into the creamed mixture.

| Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Without Nuts
|

Does anyone have an easy recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies WITHOUT nuts? Nuts are expensive and I rarely have them on hand. I want a recipe I can just whip up in a hurry.
