High Protein Cookies
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixer bowl, beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.

These are the easiest cookies to make, and go faster than any other cookie I have ever made. Two ingredients and they freeze well too!

Easy Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies
Heat oven 375 degrees F. Mix 1/2 cake mix with PB, butter, water and eggs stir until smooth. Add remaining cake mix. Shape dough into small balls about 2 tsp., then flatten balls with a fork dipped in sugar.

"Heavenly" Peanut Butter Cookies
Mix the three ingredients until you have smooth, clay-like dough. Form into balls (the size, your choice, tsp. works well) and flatten by pressing criss-cross pattern with fork.

Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat in the peanut butter, egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt.

My children made and entered these at the county fair one year. Each won the blue ribbon in their respective age group for the "Peanut Butter Cookie" category.
