Homemade Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
I buy Keebler chocolate covered graham cracker cookies to have on hand for a "pick me up" treat. One afternoon, I was desperate for chocolate and alas one of my grand children had finished the chocolate covered graham cookies, so I was on the search for chocolate. I found some semi sweet chocolate chips in the refrigerator.

Fudge Fancies
I am looking for a recipe for Fudge Fancies. I don't know if it is particular to the Northeast or not, but I cannot find anything like it on the internet or in my cookbooks. Does anybody out there have the secret recipe for these cookies?

Mock GS Tagalong Cookies
Melt chocolate discs in microwave on half power until melted, stirring frequently. Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto the Ritz cracker and while holding it with the tongs, spoon melted chocolate over the peanut buttered side first.
