"Cheryl & Co. Frosted Cut-Out Cookies" Recipe
I am making the Cheryl and Co. butter frosted cut out cookies. In the recipe, the frosting doesn't call for butter. Although there is no butter, will it taste like the original? Also, if I use liners on my cookie sheet, do I still need to grease it?

Homemade Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
I buy Keebler chocolate covered graham cracker cookies to have on hand for a "pick me up" treat. One afternoon, I was desperate for chocolate and alas one of my grand children had finished the chocolate covered graham cookies, so I was on the search for chocolate. I found some semi sweet chocolate chips in the refrigerator.

Mock GS Tagalong Cookies
Melt chocolate discs in microwave on half power until melted, stirring frequently. Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto the Ritz cracker and while holding it with the tongs, spoon melted chocolate over the peanut buttered side first.
