Has anyone ever made rolls that are similar to Little Debbie's Swiss Cake Rolls. I love those and wish I could make some if I had the recipe. Thanks in advance.

You can modify this dessert any way you'd like according to diet restrictions of family, friends, etc. A deeper cake dish usually works best. I always try to stick with glass - I usually get a metallic taste when I use metal pans for fruit. Chilling well worked best for me. Set a chilled dish on a dry dishcloth when removing from fridge. NEVER allow rapid, extreme temperature changes with glass dishes.
For Father's Day, we purchased a Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge Mud Pie (a family tradition). I paid $21.00. It seems to me I might be able to make one without the weird chemical tasting fake whipped cream for less money.

Does anyone know how to make a coffee cake like one you can buy from Sara Lee in the frozen section? The pecan coffee cake is so good, but they are expensive with never any coupons for them and of course never big enough for my family of 6.
