Cafeteria "Lubys" Baked Cod Recipe
I'm back again. I thank all of you for your great help in the past. I'm looking for the recipe that the Cafeteria "Lubys" has for their baked cod. I loved it and they have closed here. Denny's Chicken Fried Steak
The night before, put the steaks in a dish in single layers. Wipe them on both sides with an even coating of corn oil. Dust them on both sides with a generous amount of seasoned salt. Drizzle each steak with wine or juice.
