I am looking for a recipe for the packets of Louisiana Seasoned Fish Fry. It comes in a blue and white package that you can buy at the grocery store. It's pretty expensive for the amount you get and I would love to be able to make my own.

Does anyone by chance have a recipe for salmon that tastes like the ones Longhorn Steakhouse uses? I do know that its got bourbon in the marinade. I don't know if the marinade is used as a baste while cooking it or if it sits in it before cooking it.
Eat-N-Park has this fish dish they serve called Nantucket Cod that is delicious. It's in a butter sauce and the fish has spinach, crab meat, garlic, bread crumbs etc. I was wondering if anyone has a similar recipe like this.
