I'm looking for a copy cat recipe for Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice herb and seasoning packet, or any other copy cat herb/spice mixes. We would like to start getting away from pre-packaged food, but some favorites still suck us in!

Recipe for Tesco Deli Tikka Rub for Chicken
My grandson-in-law was stationed in NewMarket, England for a number of years and shopped at the "Tesco Deli Market" there. He was able to purchase some chicken in the deli that had "Tikka Rub" on it and he loved it. Thank You

My daughter loves the McCormick Bag and Season Pork Chops Seasoning packets. She loves it on pork chops, country style ribs and pork roasts , but they are very expensive. Does anyone have a recipe similar to these? My dad got her started on these and at $2 a pop when you need one for about every 3 pounds it adds up! Thanks!
