| Homemade Yogurt and Lactose Intolerance
Does anyone know if homemade yogurt affects people who are lactose intolerant? I have intestinal problems, and have heard (and read) how homemade yogurt helps with that. But I'm also lactose intolerant, and am wondering if all that milk will cause further problems.

| Make Your Own Buttermilk

Though many people have an aversion to buttermilk, this tasty, cultured dairy staple has a place in every frugal household. Apart from being a delicious, nutritious drink, it is also used in making many a tasty treat such as biscuits, pancakes, waffles - but also in pies, cakes, breads, and even soups and ice cream.
