Apple Roll
Mix together flour, salt, shortening, milk, baking powder and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Roll dough an inch thick, spread with chopped apples. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.

Swedish Rice Porridge
In a saucepan, with 1 cup of water, combine the rice, salt and butter together, until boiling. Cover the rice and cook for 10minutes. Stir in the milk and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook, over low heat, for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

Looking for a Moist Muffin Recipe
I am looking for a good, moist, muffin recipe. I would like to make them Texas size, and use them as treats to share with co-workers. I have tried the ones in Betty Crocker recipe book, but didn't like them. I also would love to add chocolate chips to them.

Persimmon Pudding
Recipe for Persimmon Pudding. Mix all together and bake in a lightly greased 9x9 inch baking dish for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees F. Top with whipped cream and enjoy. Delicious served with ice cream.

Recipe for Coconut Milk Ice Cream
Can anyone give me a recipe for homemade ice cream using coconut milk? Do you just substitute the coconut milk for the cream and the milk? We are dairy intolerant.

Recipe For Rich Chocolate Brownies
I can't find my recipe for the really rich brownies. It was a mix that had chocolate chips and nuts in it. It was really soft and chewy. It had 3 different kinds of chocolate in it. The brownie mix being one, the chocolate chips being 2 and I can't remember the rest.

Raspberry-Rhubarb Souffle'
Prepare 1 1/2 quart souffle' dish by adding a collar of either foil or waxed paper tired around the outside of dish extending over lip approximately 3 inches. Sprinkle rhubarb with sugar. Let stand for 1 hour. Meanwhile, blend raspberries in blender to soften.

Danish Apple
Mix together and add 1 egg yolk plus enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid. Blend until moistened; divide dough in half. Roll bottom half of pastry to fit greased 9x13 inch jelly roll pan. Add 1 1/2 cups cornflakes sprinkled over the surface.
