Twinkie Dessert
Arrange Twinkie halves in 9x13 inch pan. Mix together milk and pudding. Add ice cream; pour over Twinkies.

Mississippi Mud Cake
Beat eggs and sugar well. Melt cocoa and margarine and add to creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Bake in 9x13 greased and floured pan at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

Frozen Fruit Cocktail (Slush)
Grate the rind of one of each and use the juice of the lemons and oranges. Add the sugar and mashed bananas and stir well. Add crushed pineapple and ginger ale.

Sweet Pastry
This is a lovely pastry that just melts in the mouth. Sift together the flour icing sugar and corn flour. Rub in the butter. Add eggs if the mix is dry. Bind together then rest in fridge.

Peppermint Cheesecake
Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool. Soften gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved.

Monkey Bread
Quarter biscuits. Put in a paper bag to shake up in sugar, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Put quartered biscuits in this and shake up to coat. Now put biscuits in a bundt pan.

Pecan Pie Surprise
Reserve 2/3 cup of the cake mix. Mix together the rest of the cake mix, butter and egg until crumbly. Press in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

This recipe is so easy to make and so good. Can be enjoyed anytime. Unroll 1 package crescent rolls. Press on bottom of 9x12 inch pan.
