Fruit Cobbler
This quick and easy recipe was given to me by my daughter and I use it often. Mix flour, sugar and milk together with a mixer or a whisk. Pour into a round 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.

Cranberry Fluff
Grind cranberries; add sugar and let stand 2 hours. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, pineapple, cranberries (use juice of pineapple and cranberries), and nuts.

Substitute for Chocolate Chips in Recipes
Could anyone give me some suggestions please? I see so many recipes using chocolate chips and I get so frustrated, because I would love to try them out. However, I can't because where I live chocolate chips or drops are, for some obscure reason, horribly expensive.

Caramel/Apple Bars
Every time I take this somewhere, people want the recipe, it is simply so good! Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. For crust, combine shortening and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer.

Chocolate Sundae Dessert
Crush cookies, add butter; blend well. Reserve about 1/2 cup for topping and press crumbs into a 9x13 inch pan; freeze. Combine the sugar, milk and chocolate and bring to a boil; cool.

Peach Cobbler
Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add boiling water and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add peaches to syrup. Pour into 10x6 baking dish. Dot mixture with butter.

Brown Sugar Pudding
Boil brown sugar and 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Add the butter and put in greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the syrup. Do not stir.
