Grate the rind of one of each and use the juice of the lemons and oranges. Add the sugar and mashed bananas and stir well. Add crushed pineapple and ginger ale.
Fun and with no preservatives :-) You will need popsicle molds or 6 each 3 oz. paper cups and 6 popsicle sticks (which you can purchase at any craft store including fancy cut ones).

Frozen bananas, the children love these for a treat. Cut the bananas into pieces and put on wooden skewers. Dip in chocolate sauce then dip into chopped nuts.
Peel and slice bananas in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and process until foamy. Pour evenly into 6 small paper cups and freeze.
