Fruit Cobbler
This quick and easy recipe was given to me by my daughter and I use it often. Mix flour, sugar and milk together with a mixer or a whisk. Pour into a round 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.

Caramel/Apple Bars
Every time I take this somewhere, people want the recipe, it is simply so good! Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. For crust, combine shortening and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer.

Peach Cobbler
Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add boiling water and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add peaches to syrup. Pour into 10x6 baking dish. Dot mixture with butter.

Fruit Scones
Scones can be served at breakfast or a tea time treat. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F. (200 degrees C.) Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar and rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add raisins.

Apple Crisp
Combine apples, flour and sugar; place in greased baking dish (8x8 inches). Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture.
