Cheesecake Bread Ring
Dissolve yeast from roll mix in 1/4 cup warm water. Combine roll mix and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl. Add yeast, 1 egg, sour cream and butter, mixing well. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Chill, covered, for 2-3 hours. Roll into 18 inch circle on floured surface.

Great-Grandmother's Jelly Roll
Beat eggs in small mixing bowl. Add sugar gradually and continue beating. Sift flour with baking powder. Fold into egg mixture with vanilla until smooth. Line greased jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Pour batter into pan.

French Poufs
Combine shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and egg in bowl, mixing well. Sift next 4 ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

Easy Chocolate Croissants
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate the crescents. Put the chips on the wide end and roll up. I use an equal amount of the chocolate and the peanut chips. Probably a tablespoon of each. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Apple Strudel Squares
Sift flour, 1 Tbsp. sugar and salt together. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add enough milk to beaten egg yolks to measure 2/3 cup. Stir into flour mixture to make smooth dough. Roll out half the dough on floured surface to fit jelly roll pan.

Cream Cheese Danish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam. Layer bottom of dish with one can of crescent rolls. Pinch seams together. Mix 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; spread over crescent rolls.

Many people do not even know that one can actually make puff pastry and save a lot of money. This recipe uses hardly any ingredients. This pastry actually puffs up when baked.

Buttermilk Puffs
Sift all dry ingredients together. Stir in buttermilk, oil, and egg; beat until smooth. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil until brown (they will turn over on their own).

Elegant Cherry Cups
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Unroll pie crusts on work surface. sprinkle crusts with sugar; press in lightly. Cut 16 rounds from crusts with a 3-3/8 to 3-1/2-inch round cookie cutter.
