I would like to make donuts baked in the oven using the food processor or bread machine for mixing the ingredients. I recently ordered a donut cutter online and it came with basic instructions for making regular donuts that are fried in grease.

Quick easy and tasty. Put flour in a bowl, add salt and sugar and mix. Then pour the yeast and add the warm water. Let the yeast bubble, add the oil, vanilla, and egg.
I hadn't made this in a long time, and had forgotten what a pleasure it is to work with this dough. It has less sugar than a lot of recipes, so it isn't overly sweet. You do not have to knead this dough to develop the yeast and gluten.

Line a non-stick cooking sprayed 9x13 inch pan or dish with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk and fold in the Cool Whip. Put half of the pudding mixture on crackers.

It is a mouth watering, oh I want more, log (ergo the tree). Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Line a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch jelly roll pan with foil and grease. Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
