Brown Sugar Pudding
Boil brown sugar and 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Add the butter and put in greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the syrup. Do not stir.

Christmas Pudding
We always had one of these at Christmas, traditionally called a 'clootie' dumpling because they were boiled in white cloths. There are many recipes for clootie dumpling but I find this one easiest and not too rich.

Blumonge Recipe
Does any kind ThriftyFun person out there have the recipe for blumonge, its a dessert my late mum would make. I have tried google-ing it, but no luck. It had plain flour and boiling water and sugar, but that's all I remember.

Fabulous Banana Pudding
A new twist to Banana Pudding. My family begs for it. Cook pudding, low heat to prevent scorching, as directed on package. Meanwhile, layer "Nilla" vanilla wafers in bottom of large bowl. Then slice two of the bananas and put on top of wafers.

Lemon Pudding
Dissolve 1 small box lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Let stand until cool to the stage of syrup. When gelatin has been whipped to a frothy stage, add it to the whipped canned milk.

Blueberry Pudding
This is like a cobbler with a drizzley, blueberry sauce. Cream butter and sugar. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.
