Using Ready Made Custard in Fruit Tarts

Has anyone ever used store-bought ready-made custard in fruit tarts, rather than making an egg custard, then placing the fruit in the pastry case and cooking? Has the constitution of the custard altered or dried out? I would love to hear back. Good baking from Australia.

Looking For Recipe For Swiss Tart

Does anyone know of a recipe for a little cake called a Swiss Tart? I had it years ago in a big cook book (now long gone). I've Googled, but the only ones I can find are for things called Swiss Chard tart. Not the same thing.

Banana Tart

Fold cream/milk with 2 cups and bananas. Mix dough with 3 cups of sugar. Roll out dough. Fill dough with banana mixture. Press sides to hold together. Bake until crispy brown.

Yummy Sand Tarts

Recipe for Yummy Sand Tarts. Cream butter with vanilla until very soft. Beat in sugar gradually. Beat in egg and egg yolk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add all at once to the egg mixture. Mix well. Chill for several hours or overnight.
