Low Fat Creamy Dip
For a pretty, fat-free dip and one that has always blended nicely with everything I've tried it with, like fish, chicken, baby carrots and even chips. I don't think you can go wrong with this.

Eggless Eggnog (Sugar and Fat Free)
A great delicious recipe for those who love eggnog but need to watch their fat and sugar content. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Add milk and vanilla mix with mixer until smooth and creamy.

High Protein Cookies
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes.

Dieter's Dessert
Combine sugar, orange peel and cinnamon. Blend in yogurt. Chill several hours. Use as a topping for fresh apple slices. Yields one cup of topping with only 11 calories per tablespoon.

Low-Calorie Gluten-Free Zucchini Pizza
This is a favorite of mine for 3 reasons. One, I love zucchini. Two, it is wheat free. Three, there are a whole lot less calories!

Skinny Mexican Soup
Low in calories, high in fiber, fast and easy. Cook the ground turkey. Then add broth, beans, and salsa. Mix well and let it come to a boil.

Gluten Free Pumpkin Cake
It makes a nice moist gluten free dessert. Beat eggs then add sugar continuing to beat. Add pumpkin, oil, and applesauce and beat thoroughly.
