Easy 5 minute Non-Dairy Peanut Butter Fudge
A big hit with everyone, not too sweet!Melt margarine in a saucepan, take off heat and mix in peanut butter till blended. Then add a bit of icing sugar at a time till well blended. Place in a 9x9 inch pan, pat down and chill for an hour or less. Cut in small squares.

No Dairy Creamy Hot Garlic Sauce
This is my own recipe, I use it on everything! Good on potatoes, burritos and even to use to replace cheese in lasagna! Can also be used as a dip.

Avocado Fudge
This is a wonderful easy recipe for those who are lactose intolerant but want to eat fudge! I make this for gifts and no one ever knows what's in it! So sweet and smooth.
