I'm looking for recipes for low fat/low or no sugar oatmeal cookies. I just love these darned things, but they are so full of fat and sugar.
Stir pie filling into dry cake mix. Spread onto ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. May drizzle with powdered sugar glaze, if desired.

Weight Watchers Brownie Snack From the 70s
My mom went to Weight Watchers back in the mid to late 70s and early 80s. My sister and I remember a chocolate brownie type snack she used to eat. We aren't sure if it was a breakfast item or a snack. We think it had some sort of fruit in it or on it.
Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes and then turn oven to 325 degrees F for 40 minutes.

This is a recent find of mine. I am diabetic and this is a nice sweet treat that is not bad for me! I love it because it's healthy, yummy and quick to make. All you need is a fork and a bowl, so you could make this in your lunch hour.

Weight Watchers Banana Pudding
Mix pudding and milk. Mix in sour cream. Fold in cool whip. Layer wafers, bananas, pudding ending wafers on top.
Mix all ingredients, using a mixer. Bake in a springform pan (with any crust desired). Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or 200 degrees F for 45 minutes.
