Recipes for Diabetic Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt
I am a fat diabetic and bought an ice cream maker to try to cut down on the fat in ice cream. I want to make frozen yougurt and ice cream that are low fat and use Splenda for sugar. I can use real fruit. Any recipe ideas would be great.

Banana and Cocoa Mush
This is a recent find of mine. I am diabetic and this is a nice sweet treat that is not bad for me! I love it because it's healthy, yummy and quick to make. All you need is a fork and a bowl, so you could make this in your lunch hour.

Green Tea Squares
I am currently on a diet and I was experimenting with ways to add green tea to different foods. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Mix and, using a heaping Tbsp, put on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Decadent Dessert for Dieters
I have a digital food scale with tare feature, so can be very precise on the # number of carbohydrate grams of the berries, and the amount of whipped cream. The dessert is very low fat and low calorie, yet high in taste, energy, and nutrients.
