Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie (Diabetic)
Since summer is almost here and it is time for strawberry and rhubarb, I wanted to send this recipe in. It is a Diabetic recipe and I know you do not get a lot of these and they are just as good made this way. Or you can make it like you normally would.

Diabetic Apple Pie
Mix crust ingredients and roll between wax paper. Combine apples, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and frozen apple juice. Put in crust and sprinkle with lemon juice and dog with margarine.

Easy Diabetic Recipes
I need some easy diabetes recipes, I just found out I have type 2. I hate cooked tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and celery. I would like some easy recipes for brunch and supper.

Diabetic Applesauce Cookies
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and baking soda. Mix butter, sweetener and egg until light and fluffy. Then add flour mixture and applesauce alternately, mixing well after each addition. Fold in raisins and All-Bran.

Diabetic Strawberry Shortcake
In medium bowl, tear angel food cake into bite size pieces. Make jello per package directions except instead use 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries, crushed.

Diabetic Cranberry Orange Salad
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Was the unpeeled orange, cut in quarters and remove seeds. Put orange quarter (with rind) through food chopper.

Diabetic Cake or Bars
Boil fruit and water 5 minutes. Add 1 stick margarine and salt and set aside to cool. Chop nuts (handful) and add all the rest of the ingredients including the beaten eggs and vanilla.

I love this newsletter and thank everyone for the tips. I need help. I have just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I have tried looking for a good site to get more info and a menu list, etc. I would really appreciate and help.

Healthy Banana Bars (Diabetic and Low Cholestrol)
This is a recipe that my friend recently gave to me. She made this recipe to use as a snack for her husband who is a diabetic, and also has to watch his cholesterol. It is very good and very good for you.
