l am looking for low calorie dishes that taste good and use easy to find ingredients. I really like five ingredients or less recipes.
Instead of pasta, I take cabbage or bok choy (chinese cabbage) and cook it tender and crisp. Along with onions, Swiss chard, spinach or any combination of those.
