Low Fat Creamy Dip
For a pretty, fat-free dip and one that has always blended nicely with everything I've tried it with, like fish, chicken, baby carrots and even chips. I don't think you can go wrong with this.

Skinny Mexican Soup
Low in calories, high in fiber, fast and easy. Cook the ground turkey. Then add broth, beans, and salsa. Mix well and let it come to a boil.

Low-Fat French Fries
I think I'd heard about this before, but last night I tried it for myself. I love french fries, but only indulge rarely. I cut them up as usual, put them on the "release" kind of Reynolds Wrap, and sprayed them lightly with Pam Olive Oil spray.

Healthy Coleslaw
Trim and coarsely chop a quarter head of cabbage. Peel and coarsely chop 3-4 carrots. Pulse in your food processor until it is as fine as you desire. Set aside.

Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
My mother gave me an economy sized container of quick cook oats. Does anyone have a low-fat recipe for oatmeal cookies? I am on Weight Watchers. Or any other creative ways of using the enormous container of oatmeal. It would take my family 6 months to eat it! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

Recipes For After Bypass Surgery
My Dad just had quadruple heart bypass surgery and I know he will need to change his eating habits. I was wondering if anyone could suggest some recipes or recipe books with good recipes suited to his needs?

Non-Fat Coffee Cola Float
In a large (30 oz. if possible) glass, put in about 1/4 cup crushed ice, 1 tsp. instant coffee powder (OR about 1 Tbsp. of regular prepared coffee). Fill up with your favorite cola (either regular or diet works) and stir well. (You need the tall glass because it will really foam up. And I've tried it with non-caffeinated coffee and cola both and it still foams up nicely.)
