Does anyone have a Weight Watcher's recipe that I used in the 70's called WW Chicken Salad? It had artichokes and black olives in it (and maybe brown rice)?

| Low Calorie Broiled Chicken
|
|
Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika. Put chicken pieces until broiler to brown on all sides. In the meantime, put the onion pieces in heavy Dutch oven type pan on a burner and turn on low as possible.

| Weight Watchers Crockpot Chicken Casserole

Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender; drain and rinse thoroughly. In large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients with the noodles, making sure the noodles are separated and coated with liquid.

Bring a large pan of water to boil. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until very smooth. Add Parmesan, milk, egg, substitute, garlic, nutmeg, pepper, and salt.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium size, non-stick skillet, saute' ground meat and onion until onion is tender and meat is browned. Do not add fat or oil to skillet!
