| Italian Ricotta Cake

|
Prepare cake mix as directed. Do not bake yet. Pour 9x13 inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour on top of prepared cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.

| The Best Lasagna Ever Tasted
|
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Do not brown garlic or it will turn bitter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 5 hours, adding water as necessary and stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

| Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
|
|
Mix ricotta cheese, spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles and half the spinach mixture. Repeat layers.
