| Meatloaf (GT XPress 101)
Individual meatloaves can each be made a little differently. Quick and easy to make for one or tow at dinner time. For this recipe you need the GT XPress 101 machine. If not available, you could use a muffin tin but only fill each cup about 2/3 full.

Different and very tasty from the traditional tomato or ketchup meatloaf. Mix hamburger, grated vegetables and salt, add stuffing with seasoning mix, eggs, milk and 1/2 can of mushroom soup, saving the other half.

| Can You Make Ham Loaf Using Canned Ham?
I'd love to make a ham loaf, but I never see ground ham anywhere. I have a meat grinder, could I buy a canned ham and grind it? Would it be too salty? What should I use?
