Beef Supper
Melt shortening in large skillet. Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 minutes.

Veal in Sour Cream
Brown veal cutlets in butter, place in covered dish. Mix flour to smooth paste with 3 Tbsp. water in frying pan. Slowly add seasoning and cream, stirring constantly.

Porcupine Meatballs
Mix together all ingredients, except tomatoes. Shape into balls. Place into greased casserole, add tomatoes over top.

In saucepan, heat cranberry sauce. When almost melted, start adding hot sauce, stirring constantly. Once cranberry sauce is melted, add meatballs.

Cooking a Beef Round Sirloin
I want to slow cook a Beef Round Sirloin. I have two pieces, one is 3.77 lb and the other is 4.97 lb. I am going to cook them in the same pan at the same time. How long would you recommend I cook it? And at what temperature? Thank you.

My Salisbury Steak
I have a large family so this recipe feeds 6-8 and tastes like Salisbury Steak. Recipe can easily be made in half and/or leftovers can be frozen - my favorite trick for sometimes getting out of cooking.
