Ham Rolls
Ask butcher to grind ham and pork together ahead of time. Mix first 5 ingredients (I use pastry blender). Form in rolls about the size of large goose eggs. These shrink some in cooking.

Bourbon-Baked Ham
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim fat to 1/4-inch thick; then score. In bowl, mix sugar with bourbon; brush 1/3 over ham. Bake 1-1/2 hours, basting twice with remaining sugar mix. Add 1/4 cup water to pan after 1 hour so drippings won't burn.

Using A Hambone
I buy the leftover bone from Heavenly or Honeybaked Ham, defrost it and then remove as much fat as possible. There's usually about a pound of ham left on the bone! - and I grind it with cheddar cheese and pineapple slices to make a great sandwich spread.

Peanut Butter Ham
Use at least one inch thick ham slices. Spread with peanut butter; spread well but not too thickly. Over this spread prepared mustard lightly. Put in a baking dish which it fits as closely as possible and add milk to top of ham. Bake at 325 degrees for about 2 hours.
