Ginger Ale Marinade
This is super easy. A friend told me that if you marinate your poultry/pork/beef etc in ginger ale, not only will you have a tasty result but it also tenderizes even the most tough bargain cuts of meat.

Greek Marinade
My Papa (Grampa) came here from Niceon, Greece. Lots of foods he taught my Grama to cook had a citrus flavor. I can't afford lamb like they used but this marinade is also excellent with beef, fish, poultry or shrimp.

Teriyaki Vermouth Marinade
Combine all ingredients. You can pour it on lean pork, chicken without the skin, or lean ground beef and allow to marinate for 24 hours. Turn at least once during marinating period. Drain meat and broil.

Vegemite Steak Marinade
I used to make a wonderful marinade for steak with a couple of ingredients including Vegemite and Sherry. It was on a Vegemite label but I lost this recipe years ago. I have done a search online, but cannot find any recipes. Does anyone know this recipe?

Pork Roast or Beef Brisket Marinade
Can somebody help me? I'm looking for a recipe like one my great grandma use to use for pork roast or beef briskets. It has relish, Heinz 57 sauce, onions and a bunch of other stuff you can marinate with it as well serve it on the side and put a little on top when cooking.

Korean Meat Marinade
Can be soaked overnight. I usually marinate it for about 8 hours with a frozen steak in it. Can be used for pork or chicken cooked on the grill, baked or broiled.
