Cilantro Lime Marinade

I am on a cilantro kick this summer and just tried this. I love it as a marinade for grilling kabobs, but it doesn't need to be used only for kabobs! This is enough marinade for about 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp or skinless chicken any way you choose to grill it.

Teriyaki Marinade

This may be used to marinate both steaks, chicken, and kabobs. It contains an acid ingredient for tenderizing so they may be used on less tender steaks. To get the full benefit, marinate overnight.

Ginger Ale Marinade

Greek Marinade

My Papa (Grampa) came here from Niceon, Greece. Lots of foods he taught my Grama to cook had a citrus flavor. I can't afford lamb like they used but this marinade is also excellent with beef, fish, poultry or shrimp.

Teriyaki Vermouth Marinade

Combine all ingredients. You can pour it on lean pork, chicken without the skin, or lean ground beef and allow to marinate for 24 hours. Turn at least once during marinating period. Drain meat and broil.

Pork Roast or Beef Brisket Marinade

Can somebody help me? I'm looking for a recipe like one my great grandma use to use for pork roast or beef briskets. It has relish, Heinz 57 sauce, onions and a bunch of other stuff you can marinate with it as well serve it on the side and put a little on top when cooking.

Sauce For Marinated Steak

Greek Lemon Marinade for Chicken

Mix all ingredients except the salt and pepper in a bowl, then pour into either a container with a lid that seals, or into a zip-lock bag.
