Creamy Mushroomed Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dust chops and brown. Slice mushrooms and saute' them quickly in butter with the onions.

Pork Chop Main Dish
It's easy, husband loves it, great flavor. Cook pork chops with onions and butter in skillet until done, in a separate pan cook mushrooms, cook lima beans in microwave or just thaw.

Cranberry Pork Chops
As long as you don't overcook, this recipe turns out so nice and tender. Slowly brown the pork chops in a lightly oiled skillet. Add cranberries, sugar and water to pork chops.

Barbecued Pork Chops
Mix all of above ingredients and set aside. Melt 3-4 Tbsp. fat in a heavy skillet, add 1 medium onion, chopped. Trim excess fat from 6 pork chops, wipe with a damp cloth.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a shallow pan.

Pork Chops and Rice
Salt and brown pork chops. Add 1 Tbsp. uncooked rice for each chop and 1 Tbsp. extra. Add 2 cups diced celery, tomato soup and water. Cook slowly for 1 hour.

Rib or Pork Chop Oven Barbecue
Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Add lemon and onion; simmer for 20 minutes. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.

Lazy Day Pork Chops
